The Premio Bibshorts were designed to provide maximum comfort over long distances and be your most favourite bib shorts ever. It's a big claim, but the manufacturer has put a lot of research and development into these pants to back up that claim. The cyclo insert is a central element of the exceptional comfort of the Premio model. The top-of-the-line Progetto X2 Air Seamless consists of two separate components: the soft, flexible Skin Care top layer takes care of the skin contact and its sole purpose is to prevent any abrasion of your skin. Underneath is the Cushioning Layer, which consists of dual-density foam with breathable perforated gel inserts under the sit bones and prostate. Comfort continues thanks to the pants' three-panel construction with reduced seams. The new fabric designed changes its structure depending on the needs of different parts of the body. The lower part of the pants has a flat, seamless end of the pants with an integrated rubberized yarn that guarantees a comfortable fit. The fabric on the thighs is lighter, while the four-way stretch provides just the right amount of support for the muscles. In the pelvic area, compression and support are increased to keep the pad and everything else in place. The fabric is thicker on the back to avoid see-through issues. You can also find premium fabrics on the suspenders. The perforated back keeps you cool, and this part is glued so you don't feel the thickness of the stitched edge. The straps have precisely modulated elasticity to keep the pants securely in place without cutting into your shoulders. The straps are separated to distribute pressure on the shoulders and increase comfort. Towards the front waist attachment, the straps taper, which improves breathability and reduces the amount of material in contact with the chest. The design of the Premio EVO shorts is completed by the discreet placement of the logo, which is carried across the Premio EVO range, giving it a refined, modern look.
